Who Are We?
Officially known as, and governed by the New Zealand Jet Boat River Racing Association, River Racing NZ is the competition arm of Jet Boating New Zealand.
JBNZ was formed to organise jet boating activities after Bill Hamilton 'invented' the concept of boating up shallow rivers in the mid 1950s at Irishman Creek, in the Mackenzie Country and today River Racing NZ organises competitive racing for Kiwis on many of those same rivers.
