For 2023 the National Championship series will be competed for over eight Race Days and the World Marathon which will be included as one event.
Races included in the series are:
- Otago River Race Day One
- Otago River Race Day Two
- Southland River Race Day One
- Southland River Race Day Two
- Norm Bagrie Rakaia River Race
- Stuart Blanchard Waimakariri River Race
- Waitaki River Race
- Taieri River Race
- NZ World Jet Boat Marathon (Final results will be used as one Race, not each day)
